Net Neutrality and Codependence

After last class' discussion/"debate" over net neutrality, I was thinking about previous blogs and articles I have read on net neutrality and I remember a blog I had stumbled upon a while back about this subject. Net Neutrality is a huge deal right now to whether or not the internet should remain the same.
